Are you handy, reliable, and ready to put your skills to work? We’re hiring an Apartment Maintenance Groundskeeper to help prepare apartment homes for new residents!

Responsibilities:
•Keep up with grounds and Trash Clean up
• Perform Trash out and Apartment Clean up
• Replace fixtures, blinds, locks, and appliances as needed
•Power washing and outside Maintenance
• Ensure units meet quality standards and company expectations
• Report larger maintenance issues to supervisor

Qualifications:
• Previous apartment Porter and maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
