Assistant Manager in Training: Path to General Manager

Panera is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery-café team, support the General Manager in operations, and own people responsibilities at the location. You’ll coach staff, manage scheduling, and strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety standards.
