Ultrasound Tech Setting:  Healthcare Facilities Job Type:  Travel Pay: $2919 / Week Hours: 40.00 Location:  Newburyport, MA

The Ultrasound Technician performs a variety of specialized technical tasks utilizing high frequency ultrasound waves to assist with the detection of medical conditions or abnormalities by producing images of the inside of a patient’s body.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certification and/or state licensure required per state/contract
• One year of experience as an ultrasound technician preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
