A well-established law firm in Wellesley, MA is seeking an experienced attorney with a portable book of business to join their team. This is a flexible opportunity open to partners and senior associates who practice in tax, estate planning, real estate, or some combination thereof, and who are looking for a collegial environment to continue growing their practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portable client base across one or more of the following practice areas: tax, estate planning, and/or real estate
• Provide sophisticated legal counsel to individuals, families, and/or business clients
• Collaborate with existing firm attorneys on cross-referral and client service opportunities
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Massachusetts bar membership (or eligibility for admission)
• Demonstrated experience in tax, estate planning, real estate, or a combination of these areas
• Portable book of business with a track record of client development and retention
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
