Work Environment\n This position is fully remote, allowing for the flexibility to balance work-life commitments while still effectively serving clients in an outpatient setting. Although you will be operating from your own home, you will be connected to a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to ongoing learning and supportive collaboration. Our work schedule allows for a structured routine, operating Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of clients' mood disorders or relationship issues. \n Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their goals and preferences are prioritized. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systemic family therapy techniques. \n Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to foster independence and resilience. \n Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes. \n Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery. \n Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, applying new knowledge to enhance therapeutic strategies. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records according to legal and ethical guidelines. \n Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with peers for continuous improvement in care. \n Advocate for clients' mental health needs within the broader community, working toward destigmatization of mental health issues. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sanitarium Behavioral and Psychological Center, you will focus primarily on clients facing challenges related to divorce, relationship dynamics, and mood disorders. Our diverse client population ranges from individuals seeking support during life transitions to families looking for effective communication strategies. Your work will have a direct impact on improving their relationships and emotional well-being. Qualifications\n \n Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. \n Strong empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences and challenges. \n Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in various therapeutic modalities, including structural, strategic, systems, narrative, transgenerational, or communication therapy is a plus. \n Previous experience working with individuals facing divorce and relational issues is highly desirable. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
