The Sterile Processing Technician participates in collection, decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, wrapping,scanning, sterilizing, storage and distribution of reusable surgical instruments within the guidelines of the Association forthe Advancement of Medical Instrumentation. Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure efficient, safe andeffective instrument reprocessing. Models excellence in customer service, ensuring the highest standards for both internaland external customers.

Required Qualifications

Sterile Processing Technician, Sterile Processor Experience: 3 years strong orthopedic instrument background Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) certification as Technician, Surgical Instrument Specialist, Ambulatory Service Technician or Management is required. HS Diploma 80 mile radius
