Our administrative support team handles non-clinical tasks, allowing you to fully engage with patients. Paid administrative time for consultation, supervision, and documentation. Full administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines. Maintain at least 32 hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.
