Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (AZ, or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT, including teletherapy.
• Ability to manage a caseload of K–12 students.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in both in-person and teletherapy formats.
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support students' IEP goals.
• Maintain clear documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and professional guidelines.
