Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, with active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Respiratory Therapist
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; additional credentials preferred
• Previous experience in acute care or hospital setting strongly desired
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and patient education to diverse populations
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to individualize care plans
• Accurately document patient care activities and progress
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies such as code situations
• Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards
