Tile and Flooring Project Manager

Schedule / Expected Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional off-hours based on project needs. About the Role The Project Manager leads the execution of flooring installations from start to finish. This role oversees installation crews, ensures projects meet quality standards, and serves as the primary on-site contact for builders and homeowners. You will work closely with our scheduling and delivery team to ensure materials, crews, and jobsite readiness are aligned so projects stay on schedule. Key Responsibilities Review project details before each installation Confirm jobsite readiness before crews arrive Lead installation crews and oversee jobsite productivity Ensure all work meets Houston Grey quality standards Communicate with homeowners and builders during the project Coordinate with delivery on materials and jobsite needs Inspect completed work before project closeout Upload completion photos and confirm jobs are ready for invoicing What We’re Looking For Experience managing flooring projects Strong leadership and crew management skills Excellent communication with clients and team members Organized and detail-oriented Able to solve problems quickly on the jobsite Professional attitude with homeowners and builders Tools You’ll Use Projul (project management system)/Comp-U-Floor Jobsite documentation and photo uploads Team communication tools About Houston Grey At Houston Grey, we are driven by our passion and determined commitment in everything we do.
