HVAC Installation Manager

HVAC Install Manager | Frymire Home Services | Dallas, TX The HVAC Install Manager will lead residential HVAC installation operations across the Dallas market, overseeing technician performance, quality control, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and overall department success. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of HVAC Install Technicians Manage daily install operations, scheduling, labor, and job profitability Monitor department KPIs, revenue goals, and gross profit margins Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance support for technicians Partner with sales teams and install coordinators to ensure smooth job execution Assist with recruiting and hiring skilled HVAC Install Technicians Conduct site visits and ride alongs to support quality and customer satisfaction Coordinate materials, permits, equipment, and job readiness for upcoming installs Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Previous leadership or management experience preferred Master Texas HVAC License preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to drive team performance and customer satisfaction Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Why Frymire?
