Now Hiring: Assembly / Laborer - 1st Shift

Join a growing manufacturing team! We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly / Laborers to work in a clean, organized industrial manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, or construction experience.

• Position: Assembly / Laborer
• Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Work Environment: Clean and organized manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
• Dress Code: Work boots and work pants required

• Perform assembly, production, and finishing operations.
• Assemble and attach pre-manufactured components and parts.
• Use hand tools including screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools.
• Operate power tools such as grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws.
• Drill holes and assist with fabrication activities.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and trucks.
• Move and position materials throughout the production area.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and other lifting equipment.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Transfer completed products to the next stage of production.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Experience with grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Painting or touch-up painting experience.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and write English for production paperwork.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
