Position Overview

The Adult Therapist (Pre-Licensed) provides individual psychotherapy, community support, and case management services to adult clients across office, telehealth, and community-based settings. This role is designed for early-career professionals committed to building their clinical expertise while delivering high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services.

You will carry a structured caseload of approximately 25 clients, supporting approximately 40 billable hours per week and estimated annual earnings of $73,000-$77,000+.

What You Will Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy services to adult clients
• Deliver community-based support services and case management
• Conduct sessions in office, via telehealth, and within community settings
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR
• Develop and facilitate 1-2 educational workshops annually
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and events
• Attend and actively contribute to monthly team meetings
• Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Pre-licensed status - LSW, LPC track, MFT track, or equivalent
• Eligible for full licensure in the state of Illinois
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Comfort and adaptability in community-based service delivery

Compensation

$73,000 - $77,000+ annually

Compensation is based on experience, clinical expertise, and caseload completion. Structured caseload supports consistent and predictable earning.
