Just A Smidge – Manalapan, NJ
Just A Smidge is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Team Members to join our ice cream shop!
This is a great part-time position for students or anyone who enjoys working with people in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Scoop and serve ice cream, soft serve, sundaes, shakes, and other treats
Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service
Take customer orders and operate the register/POS system
Prepare toppings and keep serving areas stocked
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Wash utensils, containers, and equipment
Follow proper food-handling and sanitation procedures
Help with opening and closing duties
Work together with other team members during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Friendly and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable talking with customers
Able to work efficiently during busy periods
Willing to clean and help wherever needed
Able to stand for extended periods
Available for some evenings and weekends
No previous ice cream or food-service experience required — we'll train you!
