Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient

Creative Opportunity for a licensed PTA who enjoys all facets of a busy, high performing Physical Therapy practice! We’re seeking a highly motivated PTA- physical therapist assistant who is not afraid to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in to help when demand is at it’s highest. About the Company: CJ Physical Therapy & Pilatesis not your typical physical therapy or health care office. We specialize in helping people stay active, healthy and mobile - without pain pills or procedures - so they can do the activities they love instead of sitting in the doctor’s office. We use physical therapy and Pilates to empower people through movement, so they feel more confident in their bodies and with trying new things! We are also completelycash-based and do not contract with any insurance companies. This means a lot of things for you when it comes to how you get to work with your patients. You get to: Support our full time PT’s by assisting with clients and learning from their complex cases Perform Shockwave therapy treatments on clients in a variable daily schedule(training provided) Learn and support the front office team with scheduling and future pacing of client needs. See a reasonable caseload of 6-8 patients per day (pending successful 6-mos training program with one of our specialists) Have one-on-one mentorship and training meetings every week - no matter your experience or skill level Nurture your competitive side and celebrate the “Wins!” of helping clients make the best decisions for their health as a result of the 5-star experience and education you provide them. What we’re looking for: A full or part-time personal trainer or physical therapist assistant who has Pilates experience (not required) to join our growing, hard-working, and family-like team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of outpatient job experience, be highly motivated, and ready to soak up information. Someone who is upbeat, friendly and who truly loves people.
