Client Services Rep

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing professional and courteous service over the phone and in person.
• Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to schedule annual inspections, service appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the master schedule for Service Technicians, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Prepare work orders and ensure technicians have all necessary information for daily assignments.
• Coordinate with technicians to manage schedules and relay important updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding service recommendations, appointment reminders, and technician arrival times.
• Assist with dispatching and provide backup support as needed.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Represent the company at trade shows to help build brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of service work and update customer databases in real time.
• Attend mandatory division meetings and review meeting minutes if unable to attend.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
