We're hiring an experienced SMT Operator for a great company with a laid-back, team-oriented atmosphere in the North Valley. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule while working with MannCorp SMT equipment .

We're looking for someone who knows SMT operations and can confidently set up and tear down existing machines . This is a hands-on operator role-not an inspection-only position.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate MannCorp pick-and-place SMT machines
• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers
• Set up and operate mass reflow ovens
• Set up and tear down existing SMT machines
• Perform manual component placement and inspection
• Perform detailed quality inspections of populated circuit boards
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings and process documentation
• Identify electronic components and accurately maintain part counts
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of hands-on SMT experience
• Previous SMT operations experience is required
• Hands-on experience setting up and tearing down existing machines
• Experience operating SMT equipment
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
• Ability to read BOMs, assembly drawings and process documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately identify and count components

Important: Candidates with inspection-only experience will not be considered. We need someone who has actually operated and set up SMT equipment.
