LEAD INSTALL PLUMBER

Schedule: Monday-Friday+ rotating weekends
Pay: Full Time Hourly $25 - $30 / Hour + Incentives

As a Lead Install Plumber , you’ll be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to our residential clients. Here’s what your day will look like:

• CUSTOMER INTERACTION : Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships.
• PROBLEM-SOLVING : Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions.
• PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS : Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more.
• EXTERIOR EXCAVATION : Perform digging with hand tools and excavators.
• PROMOTE OUR BRAND : Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation.
• PHYSICAL TASKS : Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed.

• AVAILABILITY : Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
• PROFESSIONALISM : Strong communication skills and customer rapport.

• PHYSICAL ABILITY : regular heavy lifting.
• LICENSE : Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to regularly lift, transport and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• May also come in contact with sharp, hot, and/or very cold supplies and equipment
• Exposure to the smells associated with sewer and water
• Safe and courteous driving at all times
• Exposure to the sounds associated with power tools, dust, and other debris.
• Work is performed in residential homes and service may be performed in confined areas. Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, and reaching is required
• Ability to be trained and effectively use an electronic tablet to conduct business

Working Environment:

• Work both indoors and outdoors
• Exposure to very hot or very cold temperatures
• Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations
• Employees may be exposed to moderate levels of noise and wildlife - birds, rodents, etc (living and/or dead).
• Wear safety attire, such as goggles or other protective clothing
• Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting
• Work in high or elevated places
• Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding
• Will work around exposed contaminants.

Experience/education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
