We are currently seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational activities for projects in the Kyle, Texas area. This position plays an important role in coordinating internal processes, maintaining accurate business records, supporting project administration, and helping teams operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and business documentation.
• Assist with project scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Support CRM data management and information accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM or business management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
