Senior Analyst

Proposal Position Supporting The OUSD

JRAD is seeking candidates for a proposal position supporting the OUSD. This position is Pentagon, DC. Develops artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing algorithms. Designs artificial intelligence solutions to solve business problems. Implements complex data systems. Presents research and makes suggestions to leadership. Recommends changes to existing models with a focus on innovative algorithms.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Advanced Model Development: Ten (10) years' experience designing, constructing, and implementing sophisticated ML and deep learning models to solve complex analytical problems.
• Eight (8) years' expertise in a wide range of algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• System Architecture & Optimization: Ten (10) years' experience leading the continuous improvement, re-architecting, and updating of existing AI/ML system to create efficient, scalable, and self-learning applications.
• Demonstrated experience in model performance tuning, feature engineering, and deploying models into production environments (MLOps).
• ML Operations (MLOps) & Scalability: Ten (10) years' experience designing and implementing robust MLOps pipelines for automated training, validation, deployment, and monitoring of models at scale.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and containerization technologies.
• Advanced Data & Statistical Analysis: Ten (10) years' experience in statistical analysis, experimental design, and data storytelling to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
• Eight (8) years' experience in data governance, data quality, and ensuring the ethical use of data and algorithms. Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Military or DoW experience. Eight years' (8) experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, to drive adoption and demonstrate value. (TS/SCI (SAP eligible).

Required Skills and Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in web design, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
