What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage general ledger reconciliations for accurate financial reporting Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation processes Analyze production cost variances and drive actionable insights Contribute to budget planning and forecasting cycles Manage fixed assets and track depreciation schedules Reconcile bank statements and assist with cash flow management Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax laws, and financial procedures Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews What You Bring to the Table Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting (required) 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing) Solid working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or similar) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling) Strong command of GAAP, cost accounting principles, and financial reporting Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills Experience with inventory management and cost control Familiarity with manufacturing operations and cost drivers A continuous improvement mindset toward systems and processes Why This Role?
