Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologists to join our team at Marshfield, Eau Claire, or Weston, Wisconsin . Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. There is great team collegiality with dedicated support staff to help build the practice you desire. We are proud to have the longest continuous running ENT program in Wisconsin!

Marshfield, Wisconsin:

• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of employment

• Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support

• Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment

• 2 dedicated procedure rooms

• Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department

• Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies

• Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing

Eau Claire, Wisconsin:

• Outreach to Ladysmith and/or Rice Lake

• Collegial environment with OR team

• Call coverage is 1:3

• Clinic and hospital attached

Weston, Wisconsin:

• Outreach to Minocqua Clinic

• Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice

• Well-established referral base from across the Marshfield Clinic region of Sanford Health

• Collegial environment with OR team

• Clinic is adjacent to a Trauma Level III - 99 bed Hospital

We also have an Otolaryngologist Hospitalist position in Marshfield, Wisconsin :

• Annual compensation greater than $700,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE

• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

• Features a 7-day on/7-day off schedule rotation - 182 annual 24-hour shifts

• 10 hours of onsite work, with 14 hours of call from home with 1 OR day per week

• Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider coverage 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Comprehensive array of cases, full-scope ENT practice

• Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology a plus!

• Well-established referral base from across the Marshfield Clinic region of Sanford Health

• Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support
