Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,512 per week

Position Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. A travel PTA will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities Assist a licensed Physical Therapist in providing PT services to residents of a skilled nursing facility, following established treatment plans and providing restorative or skilled rehab services to geriatric patients. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Wisconsin PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Experience providing restorative or skilled rehab services to geriatric patients preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist. Current immunizations and ability to pass facility background and health screenings as required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule Pattern: 5x8. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
