Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scrubbing duties as required in the operating room.
• Manage cases including gynecological, general, orthopedic, urological, ENT, and podiatry.
• Ensure readiness and sterilization of operating room suites.
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and adhere to dress code requirements.
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed (Helping Hands policy).
• Maintain compliance with mandatory call/standby requirements and respond within 20 minutes.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA).
• Valid RN license; Oregon license not required at time of submittal.
• Strong skills in gynecological cases, including TLH.
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR system preferred.
• Ability to scrub and assist with general cases independently.
• Availability for call duties including weekends and holidays as necessary.
