We are seeking reliable, tech-savvy Field Service Technicians to assist at local vote centers during the upcoming November election. This short-term opportunity offers flexible hours, paid training, and the chance to contribute to a vital civic process.

Position Details:

• Location: Los Angeles County (Districts 1-5)

• Duration: October through November, ending on Election Day

• Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour + overtime and double time opportunities

• Type: Project / Short-term assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and test voting equipment at designated locations to ensure seamless operations on Election Day.

• Provide on-site technical support, quickly addressing hardware and connectivity issues.

• Follow established check-in, badge, and security procedures to uphold election integrity.

• Travel between polling sites as needed for roving assignments.

Schedule & Commitment:

• Complete approximately 4 hours of paid online training.

• Attend a full day (8-10 hours) of paid in-person training.

• Work a schedule of 4 to 12 consecutive days leading up to Election Day, with potential for overtime and double time during peak periods.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation, especially for roles requiring travel between sites.

• Basic proficiency with technology and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
