What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and develop tailored care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient services
Use clinical data to evaluate outcomes and promote continuous improvement
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards

What You Need
Required:

Current RN license in Mississippi
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
CPI certification
ACLS and PALS certifications
TNCC certification
Proficiency in computer and software applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good judgment and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
