Technical Project Manager, AI Product Management

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 8+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• We need extensive experience in operational leadership and change readiness.
• We require experience with enterprise release and deployment processes and strategies.
• We look for advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• We require a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• We expect strong technical fluency in system architecture, cloud/infrastructure, and AI-enabled applications, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and evaluation/monitoring.
• We need strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and disciplined execution in regulated enterprise environments.
• We require proficiency with Agile/Scrum and delivery tools such as Jira.
• Preferred: recognized thought leadership in a related field.
• Preferred: an advanced degree, such as an MS or PhD.
• Preferred: experience delivering AI-driven programs in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.
• Preferred: a track record of taking prototypes into production at scale and operating effectively in ambiguity.

• We convert product plans into project plans with clear scope, milestones, owners, and timelines.
• We own the delivery cadence through daily and weekly execution check-ins, action tracking, and reporting into product operating mechanisms.
• We drive clear communication by coordinating progress updates, status narratives, dependency and risk readouts, and decision logs across stakeholders and leadership.
• We identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks, escalating decisively to protect timelines.
• We push execution toward target dates and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and decisions.
• We coordinate build-to-launch activities, including integration, testing and validation, user feedback, approvals, and rollout plans.
• We stand up and mature the Technical Project Management function by defining ways of working, templates, rituals, governance, and metrics that improve delivery predictability.
• We direct principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decisions, and product performance reporting.
• We own the change management framework across functional partners and ensure adherence to our risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• We maintain visibility into product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• We coach and mentor the product delivery team on best practices, including resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques, to improve efficiency.
