DanGrady Company – Waynesville, NC & surrounding areas Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive pay based on experience Job Description DanGrady Company is hiring an experienced Pipe Foreman to run underground utility crews on non-union construction projects. This is a working foreman position — you’ll lead from the front, keep the crew moving, and make sure work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and supervise pipe crews on underground utility projects Plan daily work and assign tasks to crew members Install storm, sanitary, and water lines Set and check grades, elevations, and alignment Ensure proper trenching, bedding, backfill, and compaction Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and inspectors Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards Maintain production, quality, and job site cleanliness Train and develop crew members Requirements 3+ years experience as a Pipe Foreman or lead pipe layer Strong knowledge of underground utility construction Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes Experience working around heavy equipment Proven leadership and crew management skills Valid driver’s license Reliable, safety-focused, and production-minded Preferred (Not Required) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CDL Municipal or DOT project experience What We Offer Competitive, non-union pay Steady, year-round work Opportunity for advancement Professional, no-nonsense work environment Apply now and build with a company that values experience, accountability, and quality work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
