LUCA Taxes and Bookkeeping is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Seasonal Client Services Coordinator to help manage our front office during tax season. This is a part-time, client-facing position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping people, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced office environment.

This position is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, accepting tax document drop-offs, assisting with client pickups and signatures, scanning and organizing documents, taking accurate messages, and helping keep client communication moving throughout the office.

Tax season can be very busy, so the ideal candidate is someone who can comfortably handle frequent phone calls, appointments, walk-ins, and multiple requests while remaining friendly and professional.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
• Greet clients and provide friendly, professional front-desk service
• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments
• Receive and organize client tax documents and drop-offs
• Assist with completed return pickups, signatures, and payments
• Scan and upload documents into the firm's client management system
• Assist clients with basic administrative and portal-related questions
• Maintain accurate client records and communication notes
• Communicate client needs and messages to tax professionals and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and tax information
• Keep the reception area organized and prepared for daily client traffic

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client services

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or professional-office experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests
