The Mission As the US Director of Operations, you will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of the company's operational excellence- from production and engineering to supply chain optimization and customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in advancing the digital strategy, automating core processes across production and warehouse management, and leading the corporate social responsibility initiatives at the facility. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Formulate and administer company policies to meet long-range profitability and growth objectives. Operational Excellence: Oversee production, maintenance, and distribution while optimizing inventory and supply chain costs. Digital Transformation: Drive the "digital mindset" to automate production, supply chain, and customer services. Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (QHSE) and maintain safe, legal business conduct. Performance Management: Directly and indirectly manage personnel, focusing on training, hiring, and performance development. Financial Oversight: Review cost analyses and forecast data to align department progress with budgetary goals. What We're Looking For Experience: 7-10 years of leadership experience within a chemical manufacturing environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required); MBA is highly preferred. Mindset: An "out of the box" thinker willing to drive historic organizations into a digital-first era. Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data, manage industrialization of new products, and implement 6S programs.
