Onsite EAP Counselor: Workplace Wellbeing Specialist
Optum
Optum is seeking an Onsite EAP Counselor in Austin, TX to deliver on-site behavioral health services for a dedicated customer within our workplace programs. This per diem, non-exempt role provides assessment, referral, training, and incident response support. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will collaborate with HR and managers to address workplace issues, conduct solution-focused consultations, and document case notes in the clinical system in accordance with HIPAA and #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
