- Lead, train, and manage a team of canvassers
- Assign and manage territories throughout Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local marketing efforts
- Set appointments for bathroom remodeling services
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and goals are met
- Coach team members on scripts, messaging, and sales techniques
- Track and report daily and weekly results
- Ensure accurate collection of homeowner information
- Prior door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required
- Previous leadership or canvassing management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Results-driven with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily
- Comfortable engaging with homeowners and setting appointments
- $20-$25/hour base pay (depending on experience)
