Audio Visual Project Manager – Phoenix, AZ Job Location: Phoenix, AZ 85048 Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 25% CTI has been a leading audiovisual provider for over 38 years. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff. Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively. Support national account projects and coordination. Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously. Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion. Perform other duties as assigned to support project success. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients. Qualifications A/V Install and Project Management: At least 5 years. Knowledge of the AV industry; you will be the main POC for our clients and employees while the AV/Conference solution is being implemented. Education: Associate’s degree is preferred but not required; we consider experience and skill level. Customer Service Experience: A must, as our customers are #1. Attitude and Aptitude: Eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation. Communication: Very important; lines of communication must be clear, concise, and open.
