You thrive in a collaborative care environment and are confident in supporting both clinical duties and team leadership across Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing units. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and implement care plans Administer medications, take vital signs, and document care activities Give and receive shift reports; communicate with doctors as needed Supervise and support STNAs and PCAs, assisting with tasks like feeding Perform admissions, transfers, and discharges Follow infection control and safety procedures Maintain accurate records using MARS, TARS, and AOD Requirements Current LPN license in the state of Ohio Diploma from an accredited nursing school Previous nursing experience in a retirement community or hospital preferred Strong customer service background with demonstrated problem-solving skills Computer proficiency Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
