Location and Schedule Direct Support Professional positions are located in Clayton, NJ. Second shift positions available. Salary Starting at $20.42 and increases with education/experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. 18 years of age or older. Attendance of ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. Empathetic and team approach to care for individuals. Additional Information Devereux maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for abuse and fosters a culture of reporting abuse.
