Salesforce Solutions ArchitectInsight Global is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of a brand-new Salesforce platform as part of a large-scale digital transformation for a large financial institution. This is a unique opportunity to build the environment from the ground up - defining architecture, technical standards, and long-term platform strategy across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting digital member experiencesServe as the technical leader for Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud environmentsDrive integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architectureEstablish best practices and technical standards for platform scalability, performance, and securitySupport digital transformation initiatives including omni-channel service, AI-driven decisioning, and real-time customer journeysPartner with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutionsGuide development teams across configuration vs. custom development (Apex, LWC, automation)Compensation: $161,000 and up based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
