Boutique Manager

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand , is hiring a Boutique Manager to lead their retail team in New York City . This is a full-time permanent position starting as soon as possible. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays. Job Duties Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing boutique team, fostering a culture of accountability, exceptional client service, and luxury selling excellence while developing future leaders. Drive sales performance across fine and high jewelry collections by cultivating UHNW clientele, executing strategic clienteling initiatives, and maximizing boutique profitability. Maintain the highest luxury retail standards by ensuring flawless visual presentation, operational excellence, inventory integrity, and an elevated client experience that reflects the Maison's prestige. Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and local networking opportunities to grow the boutique's presence and long-term business. If retail: Ability to lift up to 50lbs (unless otherwise noted by client) and the ability to stand for duration of shift) Salary Salary: $145-$155K + Individual Bonus + Store Bonus PCG, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting. PCG and our clients may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation including incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, details of which will be provided during the hiring process.
