Experienced Concrete Finisher

Forcine Wall & Patio, Inc., an established and growing concrete and masonry contractor, is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher .

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail and has experience completing commercial site-concrete projects.

Typical work includes:

• Sidewalks
• Curbs
• ADA ramps
• Dumpster pads
• Footings
• Concrete slabs and pads
• Other commercial concrete installations

Job responsibilities:

• Set forms accurately to the required lines and grades
• Place, screed and finish concrete
• Install reinforcement and expansion-joint materials
• Produce broom, trowel and other specified finishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work effectively as part of a concrete crew

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional concrete forming and finishing experience
• Ability to read construction plans
• Understanding of elevations, grades and layout
• Ability to work independently and with a crew, and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have hands-on experience forming, placing and finishing concrete.
