Front Desk Receptionist

What does a Front Desk Receptionist do? The Front Desk Receptionist at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts will greet and log visitors; issue badges and arrange for escorts when necessary. They will relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. They will perform other administrative functions as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Excellent communication skills are required. Familiarity with standard office equipment (computer, multi-line telephone, fax, copier, scanner, postage meter, etc.) Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employees, people we support, and their families.
