Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager - Join the Complete Care Family At Complete Care at Green Knoll , we believe great care starts with a team that truly cares - about residents, coworkers, and making a difference every day. We're more than healthcare - we're a community built on compassion, trust, and respect. As an LPN Unit Manager , you'll lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You'll ensure residents receive the dignity, attention, and clinical support they deserve. What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff on your unit
- Oversee medications, treatments, and documentation
- Conduct rounds to assess resident and team performance
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams on care plans
- Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Active LPN license (state-specific or eligible for endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Long-term care, inpatient, or sub-acute experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Full-Time Day Shift (weekend rotation required)
