As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Budding Futures, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Thornton 80260 area. About the Role Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team Responsibilities Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress Qualifications Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided) Experience working with children Reliable transportation Ability to reliably travel to clients in the Thornton 80260 area Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification Paid training PTO Full-time and part-time positions available Company Description Budding Futures is an in‑home ABA provider serving families throughout Thornton, the Denver metro area, and across Colorado.
