Postgraduate Physician Assistant Fellowship

The Dartmouth Health Physician Assistant fellowship programs are accepting applications for the 2027-2028 academic year. Our programs prepare APPs for practice through structured postgraduate training, clinical mentorship, and progressive responsibility. Fellows develop foundational clinical judgment, professional confidence, and systems awareness needed to launch their careers. Postgraduate APP education at Dartmouth Health strengthens specialty practice and supports a sustainable healthcare workforce for the patients and communities we serve. At least one reference must be from a clinical supervisor or clinical rotation preceptor. If you are currently enrolled in an APRN or PA program, or graduated in the past year one reference must be from your program director, clinical rotations director or advisor.
