Job Responsibilities: Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into a dishwashing machine for cleaning Some hand washing of utensils and pans required. Monitor dish sink water temperature during the sanitary wash cycle Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and tidy work area Bag kitchen trash and discard in a dumpster at intervals Empty and discard lobby trash at intervals Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more Have fun!
