Food Runner/Busser
Duties:
- Carry food and trays to tables, having knowledge of table numbers and reservations.
- Clear dishes, clean, and reset tables after guests finish.
- Help keep restaurant service areas and floors are clean.
- Ensure that every guest receives an impeccable experience and top-notch service with every visit.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in a high volume restaurant.
- Passion for hospitality and understanding of positive team culture.
- Knowledge of service and operations for high volume restaurant.
