Communications & Sales Executive – Entry Level

POW | Dallas, TX | Full-Time | On-Site

We’re hiring in Dallas and looking for someone who’s good with people, likes a challenge, and wants a chance to move up.

At POW, you’ll get hands-on experience in sales, communication, customer service, marketing, and leadership while working directly with customers and representing our clients.

You don’t need a sales background to get started. We provide paid training and work with you from day one to help you learn the business and build your confidence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Talk with customers and build relationships
• Help drive sales and customer acquisition
• Represent client brands in face-to-face campaigns
• Learn our sales and marketing process
• Work with the team to reach weekly goals
• Take on more responsibility as you gain experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people
• Is competitive and goal-oriented
• Shows up, works hard, and takes feedback
• Wants to learn instead of sitting around waiting for instructions
• Has customer service, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or sales experience — great, but not required
