Manufacturing National Sales Manager

Job Description

My Client, who is located in DuPage County, has an immediate need for a National Sales Manager.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years' experience inside/outside sales within the Refrigeration industry, must have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Associates Degree - Refrigeration or HVAC, a plus

- Experience working mechanically on refrigeration in past, a plus

- Experience in business development including cold calling, direct sales and territory expansion

- Proficient with CRM, i.e. Salesforce or similar

- Excellent negotiation skills with customer-service orientation to build long-term client relationships

- Strong management skills with experience managing territories; dotted line to International Division; position reports to the President

- Strong communication skills, deliver compelling presentations and effectively negotiate with customers

- Travel 30-35%; company car provided

- Bonus: Personal Performance and Company Performance
