We're growing and gearing up for a busy season-and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people who love people, love sales, and love to WIN!

If you're confident, motivated, and excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions , this could be the perfect fit. At Beaches, you'll connect with guests, recommend products and services, build memberships, drive sales, and help people look and feel their best-all while having fun doing it!

This isn't just another stand-behind-the-counter job. It's a people-powered, commission-driven opportunity where your energy, effort, and sales skills can directly impact your success.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience
Drive memberships, upgrades, and product and service sales
Earn base hourly pay + uncapped commissions by hitting and exceeding sales goals
Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs
Deliver high-energy, engaging guest service
Work as a team to crush daily and monthly goals
Keep your store clean, organized, and guest-ready
Learn, grow, and develop your sales skills
