Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Utilize electronic health records (EPIC) for documentation and care planning
- Provide compassionate care to long-term care residents in accordance with facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Alaska RN license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 1 year Long-Term Care experience
- BSN preferred
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in PC usage and clinical software
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
