Industry Apparel & Fashion Type Public Company About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Accounting to lead and drive its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial activities are in line with the organization's long-term goals and market opportunities. This role involves leading comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. The Head of Finance and Accounting will also be tasked with developing and implementing robust internal controls, managing investor relations, and overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, compliance, and reporting processes. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in the ecommerce or consumer products industries. The role requires a candidate with a strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, compliance, and SEC filings, as well as proven abilities in managing investor relations and external partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills, and be able to work in a hybrid environment. High integrity, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential, as is experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve high performance and collaboration.
