Sales Operations Analyst I

Job Responsibilities: Perform standard and non-routine tasks to resolve customer issues. Review, analyze, and cleanse data for accuracy. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Provide on-site support at service centers as needed. Manage exception reporting for flagged purchase orders. Resolve order processing issues from third-party processors. Create and process customer orders in SAP for quoted jobs/installs. Submit invoices through vendor portals, ensuring system compatibility. Support customer master data workflows as required. Ensure safe work practices and customer-focused service delivery. Demonstrate accountability, innovation, teamwork, and results-driven performance. Skills: Billing Invoicing Issue Resolution Data Analysis ERP CRM SAP Education/Experience: High school diploma plus 2 years’ experience, or bachelor’s degree with comparable capability. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM, and field service applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr SGS Consulting
